Our motocross graphics are printed on specialist moto-grade vinyl and finished with a tough laminate to resist scratches, roost, and light pressure washing. This ensures your custom motocross graphics stay vibrant and securely applied, ride after ride.

The Laminate: Your Graphics' Armour
Printing onto quality vinyl is only half the job. Without a proper overlaminate, even the best printed graphic will fade, scratch, and wear — especially under real riding conditions involving roost, mud, and repeated washing.
Our laminate of choice is Substance UK’s Ultracurve® 1500 — the industry-leading overlaminate for motocross and powersport graphic applications, also co-developed with Star Racing Yamaha and Monster Energy Kawasaki. At 381 microns thick, it offers excellent abrasion and wear resistance in harsh environments, and its UV extenders actively protect against premature colour fading. We offer three laminate finishes, each giving your kit a completely different character:
Gloss — The go-to for a clean, professional look. Enhances colour depth and gives that showroom shine that photographs brilliantly.
Glitter — Adds a sparkle effect across the surface of the graphic. Subtle or full-on depending on the light, it’s a popular choice for riders who want something a bit different without going all-in on holographic.
Cracked Holographic — Our most visually striking option. The cracked holographic laminate creates a shattered, prismatic effect that shifts colour as the bike moves. It’s bold, it’s eye-catching, and nothing else looks like it on a start line.
The Vinyl: Built for Low Surface Energy Plastics
Not all vinyl is created equal, and standard sign-making or craft vinyl simply doesn’t cut it on a motocross bike. MX plastics — shrouds, fenders, number plates — are what’s known as low surface energy (LSE) substrates, meaning standard adhesives struggle to bond to them properly. Graphics lift at the edges, bubble up, and peel off within a few rides.
That’s why we source our print media from Substance UK, the world leader in LSE adhesive technology for printing applications. At 152 microns thick with a high opacity finish, it features FLO Technology — a system that eliminates air bubbles and dramatically reduces installation time, helping graphics lay down cleanly on plastics and textured surfaces. We offer the vinyl in two base finishes: Gloss and Holographic. The gloss option gives a clean, sharp, high-definition look that makes colours pop.
